Nutrition is so important to our daily lives but knowing what to do and how to do can be the biggest challenge. My goal is to take care of your nutrition needs whether it be for weight loss, muscle gain, achieving nutritional adequacy, sports performance, weight gain, introduction of healthy food, or for all an over general nutritional assessment. I take the guess work out for you to really simplify your nutrition needs.
I am the only Pregnancy Certified personal trainer in the Waikato running Mum's & Bubs group exercise classes for during pregnancy or postnatal exercise where you bring your baby along to the session.
